	August 7, 2003 Crime of the Week This week, Petersburg/Dinwiddie Crime Solvers needs your help to locate a fugitive. On Wednesday, July 2, 2003 at about 1:00 p.m., the residence of 924 Rosewood Terrace was the scene of a Home Invasion/Armed Robbery. The Petersburg Police Department has warrants on file for Tijuan Dillard; black male, 5'8 tall,140lbs, brown eyes. The suspect displayed a sawed off shotgun and put same to the victim's head. Crime Solvers pays rewards of up to $1,000 in cash for information that leads to an arrest.
