Crime of the Week This week Crime Solvers needs your help to locate a fugitive on a Rape Charge. The Petersburg Police Department has the Felony Warrants on file for William Lee Valentine. He's described as a black male, 5'3 tall; 130 lbs; black hair and black eyes. His last known address was in the 400 block of St. Luke St., Petersburg. Anyone with any information on his known location, please call Crime Solvers. Crime Solvers pays rewards up to $1,000 in cash for information that leads to an arrest.
