Crime of the Week

This week Crime Solvers needs your help in solving an armed robbery.

On Friday, May 20,2004, at approximately 4:30 in the afternoon, Advance Loans, located in the 2000 block of South Crater Road, was robbed. An unknown black male entered the business armed with a handgun. The suspect gave the teller a note demanding money.

The suspect was described as a black male, 6'0" tall, 210 lbs., light complexion with a goatee, last seen wearing a baseball cap and a sleeveless shirt.

Crime Solvers pays rewards of up to $1,000 in cash for information that leads to an arrest. If you have information about any crime or fugitive in the Petersburg or Dinwiddie area, call Crime Solvers at 861-1212.
