This week, Crime Solvers is asking for your help to solve a rape case that occurred in the middle of the afternoon on Sunday, June 17th in northern Dinwiddie County.

After visiting a nearby store, the victim had just returned to her home in Harrison's Trailer Park - located off Route 1. The suspect pushed his way into the residence and sexually assaulted her. She was subsequently treated at a hospital for injuries received during the attack.

The suspect is described as a light complected black male about 5'5" tall, wearing blue jeans. He was clean shaven and smelled of Old Spice after shave. It was also obvious that he had been drinking. During the attack, the victim believes she bit him on his left hand - hopefully hard enough to leave a visible injury.

Crime Solvers pays rewards of up to $1,000.00 in cash for information that leads to an arrest. If you know anything about this rape, or you have information about any crime or fugitive in the Petersburg or Dinwiddie County area, call Crime Solvers at 804-861-1212. You never have to give your name or testify in court to earn the reward. All Crime Solvers calls are kept completely confidential.
